Brian Kiprotich

Brian Kiprotich is a law graduate of the University of Nairobi and a member of the Firm’s legal team. He supports the Firm’s work in Property Law, Family Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Immigration Law.

In the Property Law practice, Brian assists with legal research, due diligence, preparation and review of transaction documents, and the coordination of conveyancing matters. He also supports the Family Law team in divorce, child custody, maintenance and succession matters.

Within the Corporate and Commercial practice, Brian assists with company incorporation, regulatory compliance, corporate filings and the preparation of commercial documents. He also supports the Immigration Law team in work permit, residence permit, permanent residence and citizenship matters.

Brian is committed to thorough legal research, careful preparation of documents and the timely delivery of client assignments. He works closely with the Firm’s advocates to provide practical and responsive legal support to both local and international clients.
