Collins Mitugo

Collins Mitugo is a highly skilled legal professional at F.M. Muteti & Company Advocates, dedicated to providing top-tier legal services. He was admitted to the Bar in 2022. 

Mitugo has extensive experience in representing and advising individuals, corporates, parastatals, County Governments and banking institutions. Particularly, Mitugo has been involved in defending and advising domestic and international corporates in the telecommunication, oil, energy, pharmaceutical, financial and fintech sectors. In the Firm, Mitugo mainly enjoys serving our Clients in the Dispute Resolution Department where he handles a range of assignments including ardently representing our Clients in Court and negotiating out of Court settlements. Collins is also involved in the  Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Departments of the Firm where he works alongside his colleagues to draft and review conveyancing and commercial contracts with a view to securing the best interests of our Clients.
