My daughter one year ago got a baby boy out of wedlock and l as the father noe aged 75 am not able to continue bearing the costs involved to raising my Grandson who has turned one this October. The dead bit father has refused to assist and is in gainful employment. He has also refused to honor invitations to the Kiambu Children Officer and refused to go despite my Daughter going there twice now . How you you handle such a matter in such offices?
