Muteti is a graduate of the University of Nairobi (UoN) and a member of the Law Society of Kenya and East Africa law Society. Before his admission to the Bar, Muteti received thorough legal training and practiced extensively in the Firms of Lesinko Njoroge and Gathogo Advocates as well as Begi & Company Advocates.

Njuguna holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree frosm the University of Nairobi(Hons) and Post Graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. He has previously worked with a number of notable law firms and Institutions which includes; PK Njiiri & Co. Advocates, Kirubi, Mwangi Ben Advocates, Law Society of Kenya-Nairobi Branch and Kituo cha Sheria.
Josphat M. Mutua

Mutua Josphat is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and one of the founding partners of FM Muteti & Co. Advocates. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Mutua started his legal practice at the firm of FM Muthoga Gaturu & Company Advocates where he amassed immense experience by acting for various insurance companies, banks, and real estate developers among others.

Peter Makau
Legal Consultant
Peter Makau is a Consultant of the firm. He was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Mr. Makau began his legal practice at Mboya Wangong’u & Waiyaki Advocates in 2017 as Legal Assistant and rose to the position of Legal Associate in February 2020.
